A new floor needs a sound base. We check for loose areas, uneven spots, and signs of moisture before installation. LVP, laminate, tile, and carpet have different base and fitting needs. We follow the product instructions and explain any extra prep before adding work.

Tell us which rooms need new flooring and what is there now. We agree on removal and disposal, who moves furniture, and how to keep a path through your home. We check door clearance, trim, and floor heights between rooms so the new floor fits the space.
